Claim: A song by Naseebo Lal was played on a metro train in the UK.
Fact: The song was actually played on a metro train in Barcelona, Spain.
A reel on Facebook posted by Dialogue Pakistan on 11 January 2025 shows passengers on a metro train with a song by Pakistani singer Naseebo Lal playing in the background. The reel also shows train passengers shouting and hooting as Lal’s song comes on.
Using Shazam on the part of the reel where her voice can be heard, we found that the song appears to be Lal’s “Dudh Cho Ke Piyawangi”.
Fact or Fiction?
Conducting a Google search for “Naseebo Lal train”, we came across a number of results that claimed a song by Lal was played on a train in the UK.
Searching for “Naseebo Lal metro train” showed results that claimed the song had been played on a train in Barcelona, Spain. We came across another post on Facebook that showed the same video and claimed the event had taken place in Dubai, UAE. Searching for the claim on YouTube led us to a video that claimed the song was played on a train in Paris, France.
Seeing as there were a number of locations, Soch Fact Check analyzed key frames of the viral video. As can be seen below, three markers point to the event having occurred in Spain. The first is a train placard that has Spanish written on it, as seen below:

According to Google Translate, the words on the sign translate into English as “More space”.
The second is an advertisement for a Spanish company, Bluespace. A key frame of the video showing an advertisement for Bluespace is shown below:

We also conducted a Google search for “Barcelona metro train interior” to see if the inside of the train in the video bore a resemblance to the interior of trains in Barcelona. A comparison between a key frame of the video and a Google image of the interior of a Barcelona train shows certain key similarities.
As seen above, both images show a strip of lights that is followed by a line of horizontal vents. Moreover, both images show the same pentagon-shaped televisions placed along the train’s ceiling.
Then, searching for “Naseebo Lal Barcelona train”, we also found an account of this event by BOL News that also confirmed it occurred in Barcelona.
Soch Fact Check, hence, concludes that this video shows a song by Naseebo Lal playing on a metro train in Barcelona, Spain and not in the UK.
