Fact or Fiction?
Soch Fact Check reverse-searched the image on Google Lens which led to a website called, Rafael Nadal Fans. The same picture of Ronaldo in a white t-shirt was shared on 6 May 2016, and the title reads, “Cristiano Ronaldo watched Rafael Nadal’s victory over Joao Sousa in Madrid”.
However, in this image, Ronaldo is wearing a plain white t-shirt and there are no prints on it. The same image was also posted on the stock photos website Getty Images on 6 May 2016. According to the caption,, “Real Madrid’s Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo puts on his jacket as he attends the Madrid Open tournament at the Caja Magica (Magic Box) sports complex between Spanish tennis player Rafael Nadal and Portuguese tennis player Joao Sousa in Madrid on May 6, 2016”.
